Graham is committed to transforming the cities market globally.
Graham is presently influencing the global smart cities agenda through positions as Chair of EU Smart Cities Council; partner in UrbanDNA; ISO Smart City Strategic Advisory Group; chair of integrated infrastructure activities within the European Innovation Partnership for Smart Cities & Communities (EIP-SCC); ‘6-Nations’ Smart Cities Forum; and board of the UK Cities Standard Institute. This follows many years leading the Global Cities business at Capgemini.
Graham collaborates with progressive Governments, cities and industry partners internationally, to identify and deliver better solutions – faster – to common urban challenges; advising, shaping, leading, and delivering urban transformation programmes in that process. He takes a holistic approach to cities, spanning city leadership; economic development; urban mobility; health & wellbeing; city assets; resilience, enabling ICTs, and the like.
